Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Eurotherm Controls T640/MAINS/422/HI/HI/M002/T710/CERT/-/EN parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Allen-bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Accuenergy parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Telemecanique product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-bradley such as the Y20061H00AA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ACUVIMELD601AP2 manufactured by Accuenergy and we are pleased to be able to service most Accuenergy systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XGSC5142311 by Manufacturer Telemecanique as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Acdc Brand RMV304A2449 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Schenck such as VC1000CV120 equipment made by Schenck have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schenck products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schenck" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TMP4150 made by Telesis-Technologies as well as the popular AOCJY38880MHZE original spares produced by Abracon

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the USASEM05FJ12 by Yaskawa and VC1000CV120 spares by Schenck are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A1216E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Acces-Io-Products.
